The described setting does not exist in self-hosted version.

In Bitwarden, visit Settings > Autofill > use Chrome/Brave Autofill integration > Autofill using another service
Click the restart Chrome/Brave button

Hi, I had the same, then just read better the release messages on bitwarden android repo, if you're missing the option you can still go in your chrome or chrome based browser->settings->autofill->allow 3rd party services, restart chrome and there you go

I am not sure if that has to do something with vaultwarden, but the setting in the bitwarden app is not required for the above mentioned fix.
