Open the Bitwarden iOS app.
Enter email and master password.
The app correctly prompts for the 2FA / TOTP code.
Enter the TOTP code and submit.
The app displays the following error: An Error an error occurred

Expected Result

The app should log in successfully and sync the vault, as the server responds with 200 OK.

Actual Result

Additional Context & Logs:
The logs from both Vaultwarden and the Reverse Proxy clearly show that the server successfully validates the TOTP code and returns a 200 OK status, followed by a successful /api/config request. The error seems to happen strictly client-side within the app after receiving the successful response.
