I use CodeBuild and GitHub Actions and since the past 30 minutes, have started receiving errors as below

Error: /codebuild/output/src3660725773/src/actions-runner/_work/frontend/frontend/./.github/actions/setup/action.yml (Line: 35, Col: 12): Unrecognized named-value: 'secrets'. Located at position 1 within expression: secrets.GITHUB_TOKEN

My step in the YAML is like

    - name: Authenticate pnpm
      run: pnpm config set '//npm.pkg.github.com/:_authToken=${{ secrets.GITHUB_TOKEN }}'
      shell: bash
