Codex integration and transcript ingestion changes are ready locally but blocked from branch commit

I have a set of local staged changes on branch feat/codex, but I am currently blocked from committing
them to the branch. This issue records the work completed so it can be reviewed, reproduced, or
reapplied without losing scope.

Implemented work:

• Added Codex MCP registration helpers through scripts/codex-mcp.js
• Added npm commands:
  • npm run codex:mcp:install
  • npm run codex:mcp:remove
  • npm run codex:mcp:status
• Added Codex transcript ingestion automation for macOS through scripts/codex-memory.js
• Added npm commands:
  • npm run codex:memory:enable
  • npm run codex:memory:disable
  • npm run codex:memory:status
• Added transcript watcher entrypoint in src/bin/transcript-watch.ts
• Added npm commands:
  • npm run transcript:init
  • npm run transcript:watch
  • npm run transcript:validate
• Extended MCP server support with store_memory(text, title?, project?)
• Refactored transcript session end handling to persist session memory directly through /api/memory/
  save
• Added PATH hardening in src/services/sync/ChromaMcpManager.ts for common user-local bin directories
• Updated README and packaged scripts to document and support the new Codex workflows
