[Tutorial]: Missing step in GitHub MCP Tutorial

The GitHub MCP Tutorial on step 5 mentioned to add the Open API token to the env.

But it doesn't specify how/where to add it, and also didn't have any reference in the actual code.

I kept getting this error

Please set that as an environment variable locally in your terminal before running the app.
