2. Choose 'Forwarded mail address'
3. Choose 'DuckDuckGo' and enter API-key
4. Press the 'Generate' icon

The action has been blocked.

I think it is a simple omission. DuckDuckGo is offered as a service to generate an email alias. But apparently it is not added to the CSP rule, unlike the other services
