[bug] View Plan button disappears after switching chats #3037

Bug Description (required)

After using plan mode and the plan 'Title card' appears after the LLM has completed the plan there appears a button 'View plan' at the right side of the title card (This is NORMAL behavior).

BUG: If I don't immediately implement the plan (e.g. via 'Accept plan') and change the view (for example, move to a different chat), the 'view plan' button disappears and I cannot see the plan in the preview anymore., So effectively the plan is lost unless I use the LLM model (as well as context and extra tokens) to re-output the plan as markdown in that chat.

Obviously annoying and costs time/money.
