The section "About base models" states:

  • In the "Important" box at the top: "On March 18, 2026, GitHub designated GPT-5.3-Codex as the base model."
  • In the "Note" box at the bottom: "The base model has a 1x premium request multiplier on paid plans."

The section "Continuous access when premium requests are unavailable" states:

  • "GPT-5.3-Codex is available on paid plans with a 0x premium request multiplier, which means it does not consume premium requests."

One of the two sections is wrong.
