The compiler-generated step name Upload safe output items broke the title-case convention used by all other Safe Outputs steps. Separately, <details><summary> elements in parse_mcp_gateway_log.cjs used inconsistent bold formatting, and #unknown resource descriptions leaked into DIFC filtered event tables.

Compiler step name (`pkg/workflow/compiler_safe_outputs_job.go`)

Upload safe output items → Upload Safe Output Items — aligns with Upload Safe Outputs Assets, Process Safe Outputs, etc.
Recompiled all 169 affected .lock.yml files

DIFC filtered events (`actions/setup/js/parse_mcp_gateway_log.cjs`)

All <details><summary> text now uses ... (HTML bold) instead of bare text — consistent with gateway_difc_filtered.cjs and required for correct rendering inside GitHub blockquotes
