fix: correct repository org in smoke cross-repo PR workflows (github → githubnext)

Both smoke-update-cross-repo-pr and smoke-create-cross-repo-pr workflows have been failing 100% of scheduled runs because the actions/checkout step referenced github/gh-aw-side-repo — a non-existent repo — instead of githubnext/gh-aw-side-repo. The agent job failed immediately at checkout (404 Not Found) before Copilot ever ran.

The prompt text in both workflows already correctly referenced githubnext/gh-aw-side-repo; only the frontmatter configuration was wrong.
