ActiveStorage is not the default for image uploads

Hey!

Going through the guide during a Rails Girls Session in Melbourne, Australia, we realised that the guide is still recommending carrierwave as the way to upload images.

I wonder if the guide should be changed to use ActiveStorage since it comes by default with Rails.
